weigh in

Ok so Monday looms again and I was kinda dreading it to be honest. I have worked so hard this week but I didn't think I could possibly to as well as I did last week. So i jumped on those scales and held my breath.... I've lost 2 lbs taking my weight down to 11st 6 woo hoo. My goal was 1 lb and a hald each week so I've more than met that which I am pleased about. So just 6lbs to go till I'm down to my first target and 1st till my goal. Its been alot easier than I thought but I guess what is a major help is that I have someone to do this with it makes all the difference. Another thing I have noticed since starting is that I'm not eating nearly as much as I used to my portion sizes have decreased dramatically and its brilliant I no longer feel like the girl that eats like a boy lol
One last little thing I havent made any updates on my YT as my stupid video camera had decided to stop working! so as soon as I sort something it out I will be back with bells on.

  2. lentil soup is great on weight loss
    i make my own,onions and half a bag of lentils (this makes LOADS) stock and salt and pepper
    cut up onions,fry in large pan with 1 calorie olive oil spray you can get this in asda sainsburys ect its great!
    add stock and simmer for 5 mins
    next wash the lentils then add to the pan
    put on medium heat and simmer for 20mins

    you may not even like lentil soup but just though id share :)
    oatmeal is also great for breakfast
    egg whites are 15 calories per egg white i fry these in olive oil and have these on weight watchers brown bread which is only 47 calories...its heaven
