Ok so Monday looms again and I was kinda dreading it to be honest. I have worked so hard this week but I didn't think I could possibly to as well as I did last week. So i jumped on those scales and held my breath.... I've lost 2 lbs taking my weight down to 11st 6 woo hoo. My goal was 1 lb and a hald each week so I've more than met that which I am pleased about. So just 6lbs to go till I'm down to my first target and 1st till my goal. Its been alot easier than I thought but I guess what is a major help is that I have someone to do this with it makes all the difference. Another thing I have noticed since starting is that I'm not eating nearly as much as I used to my portion sizes have decreased dramatically and its brilliant I no longer feel like the girl that eats like a boy lol
One last little thing I havent made any updates on my YT as my stupid video camera had decided to stop working! so as soon as I sort something it out I will be back with bells on.

Weigh in 2
So its Monday and what does that mean????? Weeeiiiggghhh in!!
I was a little nervous because I feel like I've worked so hard and I didn't want to be disappointed. But guess what I now weigh 11st8 which is a loss of 5 lbs!!! I couldn'tbelieve it I got on and off the scale about 3 times just to be sure. I think maybe I Had a little water retention as it was around my girls time when I weighed myself last time. I'm just really pleased. Is such a great boost to keep going. My original plan was to loose a lb and a half every week which I think is more than realistic and that's what I am going to aim for.
So I just thought I would update you all (if anyone is reading this)

Ryvita and cottage cheese
Day 2
11st13lb
Total Calories today- 1400
So its day 2 of my diet. I'm still on the wagon and whats keeping on well and truly on. Well not only the fact that I weigh the heaviest I have ever weighed in my 21 years but Ryvita nd cottage cheese. The thing I hate about dieting is the not being able to snack. Snacking is my Fave thing ever to do and I look forward to it so today in the supermarket I was on the hunt for a healthy snack that wasn't just fruit (which I love too) so I was mulling through the aisles and I spotted Ryvita. Now I haven't had this since I was about 14 and I remember not really liking them that much. So I thought I would team it with one of my fave healthy things ever Cottage Cheese (Low Fat of course) and I love it. Its A) low in Calories and B) so filling. The one thing I have with diets is that I always feel hungry ALWAYS but so far and I know its day too I'm doing ok. But I think too what helps is that I am drinking a lot more water so that really helps. I'm am desperately looking for new and different recipes so please send them my way.
So I'll update you guys tomorrow on how I'm doing!

Weightloss week 1
So this is rather scary. I mean admitting to the world that you're overweight is always going to be a little scary and then actually telling everyone how much I actually weigh is even worse!
So here are the facts:
My starting weight is 11st13
Height 5ft8
My goal is to get down to 11st by Christmas and then to 10st7 by my birthday which is the 9th of March.
How excatly am I going to achieve this mission you ask? By cutting out all the crap bascially. A short history of my relationship with food would tell you all that I am a huge OVER eater and when I say over I mean way over the hill and down the valley! I love love love food and everything about it. I love tasting new and exciting things. I don't want to cut this out but I want to cut out eating crap. Like feeling like I have to have the Large popcorn everytime I go to the movies (not good).
I am also going to keep a food diary of everything that I consume so I can keep a track of what I am putting into my body.
I have also started running for half an hour and walking another half an hour like my mum says its all about eating less and moving more!!
So with this blog I am going to try and document my change in not only diet but lifestyle.
